1. What type of products do you sell?

All items in our store are digital products (downloadable files). No physical items will be shipped.

2. How will I receive my digital files?

Once your payment is confirmed, you will:

• See a download link on the checkout confirmation page, and

• Receive an email with the download link.
  (Tip: Check your spam/junk folder if you don’t see the email.)

3. How many times can I download my files?

Each product can be downloaded up to 5 times. If you need additional access, please contact us.

4. Can I use the files for commercial purposes?

No. Our products are for personal use only. Reselling, sharing, or redistributing the files is strictly prohibited.

5. What if I purchased the wrong product or changed my mind?

Due to the nature of digital files, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations once the files have been downloaded.

6. What if my file is corrupted or incorrect?

If you receive a corrupted or incorrect file, please contact us within 7 days of purchase at fluffytaleschanel@hotmail.com and we’ll send you the correct version at no extra cost.

7. Do you accept custom requests?

Yes! If you’re looking for something more personalized, please reach out to us with your idea.
